The Fairfield, Wilmington, Dayton, Middletown iforce® offices are hiring Staffing Specialists.

We are looking for candidates interested in an excellent opportunity to grow with our organization. Your entrepreneurial spirit and drive to succeed are most important in fulfilling this challenging role.

Responsibilities include: Recruiting and interviewing quality candidates, business development, continued maintenance and building of customer partnerships, providing unmatched customer service, client check-ins, daily interaction with other members of the team, but not limited to other miscellaneous job responsibilities.

Skills required: Ability and desire to work in a challenging environment, self motivation, excellent communication skills, detailed organizational skills, ability to multi task and prioritize, ability to motivate. Strong PC skills are required. Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.

EXPERIENCE NOT REQUIRED BUT HELPFUL!

Job Requirements

High School diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree or equivalent business experience helpful.
At least 1 year of previous customer service or appropriate business experience a plus.
Communicate effectively with others.
Problem solving ability.
Ability to multi-task..
Ability to influence the opinions or decisions of others (e.g., customers and temporaries).
Remember information (e.g., policies, procedures) or find it as needed.
Access areas where needed people, information or equipment are located.
Understand and accurately apply basic math skills.
Make competent use of work related equipment and materials.
Cooperative, team oriented, patient, calm under pressure, and able to work independently.
Strong PC skills and the ability to navigate within the iforce® systems are critical.
Ability to travel to local customer sites as needed.
