Staffing Specialist

iforce® Staffing Specialists are crucial to the success of our business and have many responsibilities.  These include:

  • Providing unmatched service and support to our clients and temporary associates
  • Matching associate skills to client needs
  • Developing new business accounts by in-person visits and presentations or telephone communication
  • Retaining existing clients by conducting quality service calls
  • Performing administrative tasks including maintaining detailed employee records
  • Communicating effectively with clients to obtain all information needed to successfully meet and exceed needs.
  • Interviewing and assessing all temporary associates to gauge skills sets and determine best assignment fit
  • Troubleshooting problems of clients and associates
  • Coaching and counseling of associates to encourage continued on-the-job success

Minimum qualifications:

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • At least 1 year of customer service experience in retail or service industry
  • Excellent communication, multi-tasking, and computer skills
  • Team-oriented, but able to work individually
  • Ability to perform under pressure in a time-sensitive, high-stress environment
  • Ability to meet deadlines
  • Must grasp information quickly and apply to job at hand
