Staffing Specialist
iforce® Staffing Specialists are crucial to the success of our business and have many responsibilities. These include:

Providing unmatched service and support to our clients and temporary associates

Matching associate skills to client needs
-
Developing new business accounts by in-person visits and presentations or telephone communication
-
Retaining existing clients by conducting quality service calls
-
Performing administrative tasks including maintaining detailed employee records
- Communicating effectively with clients to obtain all information needed to successfully meet and exceed needs.

Interviewing and assessing all temporary associates to gauge skills sets and determine best assignment fit
-
Troubleshooting problems of clients and associates
-
Coaching and counseling of associates to encourage continued on-the-job success
Minimum qualifications:
-
High School diploma or equivalent
-
At least 1 year of customer service experience in retail or service industry
-
Excellent communication, multi-tasking, and computer skills
-
Team-oriented, but able to work individually
-
Ability to perform under pressure in a time-sensitive, high-stress environment
-
Ability to meet deadlines
-
Must grasp information quickly and apply to job at hand
