Sales Manager

iforce®, the leader in providing quality Staffing and Human Resource Solutions, is in need of a Vice President of Sales to successfully manage, train, recruit, and develop our internal sales team.  Primary responsibilities include:

  • Recruiting sales team members and training on all services offered by iforce®
  • Develop sales skills for continued staff growth and success
  • Manage and coach team members and assign tasks and goals for increased profitability
  • Create marketing and sales programs
  • Develop sales presentations
  • Assist in gaining new client business
  • Forecast staffing trends and areas of need

Requirements for success:

  • High school diploma or GED, Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Minimum 3-5 years experience in a management or supervisory role
  • Previous sales, human resources, and/or customer service experience required
  • Proven track record for increased profitability and revenue, successful staff leadership and development of new business
  • Excellent communication, customer service, presentation, computer, and multi-tasking skills
  • Must be able to prioritize and switch between tasks quickly
  • Ability to produce results in a high-stress, deadline driven environment
