Outsourced Training Specialist
iforce®, the leader in providing quality Staffing and Human Resource Solutions, is in need of an Outsourced Training Specialist.
Position Summary:
Conduct outside sales calls to current customers and prospects to sell training services. Assess needs and conduct training for our customers. This role will be responsible for analyzing training needs, developing curriculum and delivering the courses.
Requirements for success:

Schedule and conduct classroom training developed by Training Department for customers.

Conduct classroom training in a facilitative, as opposed to educative, style and in accordance with adult learning principles.
- Ensure that the training is received in a timely manner according to the policies and procedures established by the customer’s needs.

Implement and modify as needed procedures for following up on all training events as well as the measurement of on the job performance.
- Measure classroom learning and report all individual learning concerns to the participant’s manager. Work with the manager on individual learning plans as needed.
- Consult with customer to identify area specific training concerns and development needs regarding employee’s knowledge, skills, and job performance. Recommend solutions that align with the needs and improve performance and results.

Communicate with all participants and managers the pre-training event and make sure all prework or prestudy for the training class is accomplished if needed for a specific course.

Compile regular reports on training and ensure all training records are accurate, complete and up-to-date for customer.

Manage and efficiently coordinate training schedules, rooms, equipment and supplies, travel and other expense items to minimize the cost of training.

Selling of Outsourced Training Services to both prospects and current customers.

Self starter.

All other duties as assigned.

Education:

High School Diploma/GED
-
2-5 years of experience in a training environment preferred.

At least 1 year of sales experience preferred.
