Paid Holidays
iforce® employees are eligible to be paid for the following holidays: New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day. To qualify for each paid holiday you must have completed 1250 hours of work during the 12 months preceding the holiday.
Vacation Policy
iforce® associates can qualify for paid vacation after working on assignment for one year. Employees must work 1800 hours to qualify, and the amount paid is based on the average number of hours worked within a one-year period.
Life/Health/Dental/Vision/Disability Benefits
iforce® offers a Medical Benefit program, along with a Dental Benefit program, Vision Benefits, Prescription Discounts, Group Term Life Insurance , Disability Benefits, and Accidental Death and Dismemberment coverage. In order to be eligible for these plans, you must have been employed for one month and completed 100 hours on assignment. To maintain eligibility, you must continue to work a minimum of 100 hours each month. Please ask your Staffing Specialist for a packet detailing the insurance information. It is your responsibility to contact your local iforce® office if you are interested in applying for these programs.
Referral Bonuses
iforce® is always looking for talented people like you. You can earn extra money by helping us find them. When you refer a friend to iforce® and after they complete 40 hours of work, we will reward your efforts with a referral bonus. Your Staffing Specialist can tell you the current bonus amounts being paid for referrals.
Career Development/Training
Many feel one of the biggest benefits of working for iforce® is access to our free training programs. iforce® offers training on a wide variety of software packages, call center, data entry and business skills, as well as several industrial programs. Because we are committed to enhancing the skills and careers of our employees, we have developed the iforce® Learning program at www.iforcelearning.com. The iforce® Learning program offers invaluable access to our skills training, career guidance materials and more. Stay up-to-date on the latest software through e-learning at your convenience at no cost. 401(k)
All employees are eligible for 401(k) after one year of work and completing 1000 work hours. iforce® contributes $.50 to every $1.00 contributed to the fund. There are several investment options to tailor the plan to your goals. |
